I just tried this app to figure out if it supports Japanese and it doesn't yet. So I tried the 5 minute English test and scored 71 % "proficiency".
I don't know how, because I couldn't understand shit in 2011 before I started to watch YouTube content.
After this I switched to Russian and learned my first few words of it.
How are your language skills doing, Bernd?

you even still can't live here in your private house (if its a dacha/summer house, actually any building outside of officially """"habitable"""" places like dead villages or shit-tier 'cities/towns') because it would be illegal (its against constitution but no one gives a shit like with obamacare)
you will officially be homeless in such a place (99% of russian land tbh)

Government cares about you, so you can't officially live in place without proper infrastructure!

Bernd 04/27/2017 (Thu) 23:07:39 [Preview] No. 5920 del
except its not related in anyway to infrustructure, its just random zones and like 90% of 'habitable' zones have 19 century tier infrastructure, i.e. nothing but sometimes electricity
your house also can be anything even in 10storey building you will still be 'homeless' and will never get a legal permission to work for example

Bernd 04/28/2017 (Fri) 05:38:02 [Preview] No. 5923 del
>proper infrastructure
I didn't know FSB agents are considered as infrastructure.

>90% of 'habitable' zones have 19 century tier infrastructure
Call that traditionalism. Great way to increase tourism.

It's for the show.

It seems tensions continue to escalate around the region of Syria. Israel took a hardline stance when Iran indicated an intention to transfer advanced weapons to Hezbollah and acted firm and quick in respons of this provocative act. The UN should warn the hostile parties to show restraint to maintain stability and security in the region. I believe the resumption of negotiations is the most urgent task as a spread out conflict is a great danger the security of Europe. These kind of incidents could happen any time and Israel needs to be restrained and Iran should avoid actions and prevent new provocations.

Clashes continue between SDF and T*rkish forces, with Russia giving moral support and America quiet.

>Turkey’s airstrikes overnight to April 25 on areas of Iraq and Syria along the border trigger most serious concerns in Moscow, the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Wednesday.
>“As the Turkish side declares, the strikes targeted positions of armed units of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) and the Syrian Democratic Forces linked to Democratic Union Party,” the ministry said.
>“Such moves trigger most serious concern in Moscow. We are talking about actions by Turkish military against Kurdish forces that really stand against terrorist groups, first of all Islamic State, on the ground,” the Russian foreign ministry said.
>“In conditions when completion of a war against terrorism in Iraq and Syria is still a long way off, such actions definitely discourage consolidation of anti-terrorist efforts, escalating the already tense situation.”
>“The fact that Turkish airstrikes were conducted on the territory of sovereign states in bypass of their legitimate governments cannot but cause concern. We consider these actions inadmissible, running counter to the founding principles of inter-state relations,” the ministry said.
>“In this situation we urge all parties to restraint. It is necessary to demonstrate due political foresight and focus attention on a most important for today task – countering international terrorism represented by Islamic State, (Jabhat al) Nusra and other affiliated groups,” it added.
>Timur Akhmetov, a Russian analyst on the Middle East, told ARA News: “Russia’s main concern in regard to the recent airstrikes is that Turkey is demonstrating willingness to act in Syria and Iraq outside the established framework of controlled competition.”
>“The fact that airstrikes were carried out without close coordination with the US command may suggest that Turkey wanted to use an element of unpredictability as a bargaining tool,” Akhmetov said.
>“Currently Russia’s best interest is to keep the conflict within the established rules. Every party to the conflict has an acknowledged right to uphold its national security. But any serious military action should not be sudden for other major parties, because a rise of unpredictability may trigger escalation among the warring parties and undermine negotiation process,” Akhmetov told ARA News.
>“On the other hand, Russia may seek to score political points among the Syrian Kurds by criticizing Turkish airstrikes,” he concluded.

Russia has been shilling for concessions towards the Kurds for some time - it's interesting to see how they're getting closer.

It is very funny because "Ashot" is a generic meme name for Armenian/Caucasian in Russia (it is actually real Armenian name). It is often associated with that image and phrases in broken Russian with Caucasian accent.

I saw multiple jokes about this happening today.

it's not necessarily that voting is forbidden but that most muslims just stay at home praying and starving themselves so they won't leave to go and vote
the real reason they're mad is because this means they can't abuse (((postal votes))) as much, since usually they apply for postal votes and give them to the corrupt religious leaders while still also going out to vote at the ballots

Fucking gypsy fucks. Today 10+ gypsy brats got on the bus. They smelled like trash and had the body odor of those who haven't taken a shower for a year safe bet they haven't. They listened music on their cell and spat sunflower seed husk everywhere. They were loud and obnoxious and I noticed everyone took their bags a bit closer when they saw these at the bus stop.
I would give free citizenship for every 10 of them killed.

Here all the news sites biased. They couldn't stand by themselves the market is just too small so someone always pay them. Someone with it's own agenda. They are mainly maintained by the parties or entrepreneurs close to the parties. I suppose they also function as money laundries. Also here 'independent' is just a codeword for liberal.
Tho all of them can be useable for a certain extent if one's aware of the bias.

I don't believe unbiased news can ever exist. Even if there's nobody doing the payings behind the scenes, you'll have the bias of the reporters and editors in picking what to report and how much focus to provide.
That's why I prefer reading various differently biased sources than pretending that the news I read are unbiased.
